TextQuest - word sequence lists

If you are looking for phrase that consist of more than one word, a word sequence list is useful. It consists of all text passages of a text that contain x words, where x can be defined by the user. If x=2, phrases like United States or European Union are listed and counted. Word sequence list are used in a similiar way than word lists:

• the building of categories for content and style analyses
• the testing of correct orthography and transcription rules
